Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancel at least 5 days before departure: no cancellation fee.
  • Cancel within 5 days: you can postpone your trek or transfer payment to a later date.
  • No unnecessary questions or penalties, your comfort comes first.

Trekking Itinerary and Flexibility

The Himalayas are beautiful but unpredictable. Weather, trail conditions, or personal health may require changes.

  • We may adjust routes for safety, but always in consultation with you.
  • Trekkers may also request to extend or shorten the itinerary, and we will do our best to arrange it.

Safety and Insurance

  • We strongly recommend all trekkers purchase travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
  • Our guides are trained in first aid and altitude safety.
  • We carry a first-aid kit and maintain daily health checks for our clients.

Responsibility

  • Manaslu Treks & Expedition is a licensed and registered company under the laws of Nepal.
  • We take full responsibility for organizing your trek with safety and professionalism.
  • However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control such as flight delays, natural disasters, or political strikes.
